The good news is that you can influence what’s happening
around you, what kind of people you meet, what kind of
income you earn, what kind of opportunities you have by
“upgrading” the level of your thoughts.

Programming your mind for higher self-confidence is not
difficult.

Follow these 3 steps. First, relax. Sit in a comfortable
place and for 5 minutes completely, relax your muscles, your
legs, arms chest and head.

Second, visualize what you really want, in rich details.
Visualize how exactly you would be when you are super self
confident. What kind of clothes would you wear? How would
you behave? What would be your posture, your breathing?
Your handshake? How would you walk? Talk? What would be the
tone of your voice? The rhythm? the pace? What kind of
emotion would you had? Would you feel pressure, tense, calm,
relaxed, at peace?

That’s the kind of details you want!

Third, affirm. Affirmations are statements like “I am highly
self-confident”, “I am a millionaire” “I walk like a
millionaire” “I have the most wonderful family ever”, “I
like myself, I am the best” “I earn $10,000 a month” etc.

Affirmations are positive, at the present tense and full of
emotions. That’s the 3 keys.

As you should exercise twice ot three times a week to stay
in a good shape, you should do this exercise two or three
times a week. Every day is ideal. I recommend it.
