Pesquisa indicam que 80% do seu self-falam é negativo.
O que você yourself diz durante todo o dia tem um tremendo
importância em como você sentirá sobre yourself. Se você disser
“Eu não posso, mim sou stupid, mim não o mereço”, ele terei
o impacto diferente do que se você me disser “gosta-se de, mim pode fazer
ele. Eu acredito-me no `', mim mereço-o “. Você concorda?
O one-way a tratar do negativo self-fala é aplicar a lei
da substituição. This law simply says that you can only hold
one thought at a time and you can replace one thought by
another at anytime you want to fell better, or worse.
You will apply this law to feel better of course.
Whenever you have a negative thought about yourself, think
of your vision and goals. That helps me a lot because I have
a compelling vision so when I think about it, all negative
emotion vanished, I regain my focus and I can perform
better. That’s how you transform your inner critic into an
inner coach.
You can also empower yourself by empowering others. Dolly
Parton, entrepreneur, singer and actor said: “if your
actions create a legacy that inspires others to dream more,
learn more, do more and become more, then you are an
excellent leader.”
Empower others by saying “It’s good to see you” or “you’re
important”. This will rise self-esteem in you as well.
I’ve studied many personal development techniques,
principles and philosophy. Among them, NLP, neuro-semantics,
EFT and hypnosis. I’ve discovered no so long ago a common
principle. And this is the principle of self-acceptance.
The more you accept yourself, who you are, what you believe
and what you do, the easier and faster you can change. Often
people want to fight against what they don’t want. You need
to accept that ‘it’ is in you, deal with it and techniques
and tools can transform your dragons or demons into
friends, mentors, and positive resources.
A good way to practice self-acceptance is what we find in
EFT that is to say, “Even though I have this or that problem, I
completely accept myself”. That can be difficult for someone
but as soon as you say that, you feel better.
It’s hard to explain if you never experienced that
but it’s powerful and it’s the trigger for a change in
your life. And great change means greater self-confidence
and greater success.
