它是尽人皆知您是感觉的方式在您的身体被反射。 如果您被压下,您皱眉,您的肩膀下垂,您的后面弯成拱状,您倾向于看下来地板。 如果您是愉快的,您微笑,您站立直接,您查找。

Sure enough, not only did the physical change make me feel more confident, but the way people responded to me as well. I began to get smiles and glances from some of the women (or maybe I always had and just never noticed before), and that is a GREAT feeling!

Also, in case you’re not doing this already, regular exercise does wonders for your self-confidence.

    This article is so true! By fixing my posture and walking more confidently, I feel so much more confident. Whenever I walk, I always do the “cape” walk. I pretend that I have a cape on my back and walk like I’m Superman. This trick does wonders! Thanks Bobby for this amazing idea!
