Ok, so the othe day I was in the store minding my own business when I spotted what I believe to be the worst tattoo I have ever seen! This guy may have been able to pull this off if he was a rockstar, but even then it would have been difficult. I have attached a picture from my handy camera phone for your enjoyment.
