Vergeuden Sie nicht Ihre Zeit, die versucht, heraus darzustellen, warum Leute tun, was sie.
Vertrauen Sie mir! Sie können dich fahren verrücktes Versuchen, Gründe hinter jemand heraus darzustellen Tätigkeiten. Es ist sehr einfach, aufgesogen in die unbrauchbare Welt von analyzation zu erhalten…, aber, mir, ist es zu vertrauen nicht wert es.
Zum Beispiel heute fuhr ich nach Hause von der Turnhalle, und aus Nirgendwo heraus springt irgendein kahler mittlerer gealterter Kerl, der hinunter die Straße geht, in Richtung zur Straße und gibt mir den mittleren Finger und kreischt „Du Arschloch.“
Meine erste Reaktion war zu denken, daß ich schlecht fuhr, aber ich nicht war. Then I wondered if there was something on my car, but there wasn’t. Then I started trying to remember if I knew this guy from somewhere… I didn’t. Then I’m wondering if he didn’t like the way I looked… or that I was young… Then I started thinking maybe the guy was playing an April Fools joke… then I thought maybe it was some kind of experiment to see my reaction… then I thought maybe he thought I was someone else.. then I thought, maybe the guy was just fucking crazy.
I’ll never know why the guy did what he did. Just like I’ll never know why certain girls I hit it off with- never returned my phone call, or why my ex girlfriend Beth cheated on me, or why some girl I was chasing- got drunk and fucked my friend, or why I didn’t get invited to some kids birthday party in the sixth grade…. I’ll never know the answers to these questions.
And I’m sure all of you have numerous questions that pound at your skull from time to time. And for that I say, LET IT GO.
The reason its not worth trying to figure these things out is because sometimes the person themselve doesn’t even know the answer. That guy who gave me the finger might have just been acting on some weird impulse… the girlfriend that cheated got caught up in the moment…
Somethings can’t be explained…Hell, I don’t know why I do half the things I do. All of us act in a given moment. Most of our decisions aren’t based on a lot of thought. Sure, later we try to give excess meaning to our actions… but in reality most of the time we just get caught up in the moment.
Do yourself a favor and let it go…

Lately I have been analyzing why this girl in my class that I’m gaming keeps flaking whenever I invite her anywhere, yet sometimes she is the one to leave me comments on my myspace.
It’s confusing as fuck, but I always let it go. But despite her flakes, I keep inviting her places (cuz she wants to go. "Take me hip-hop dancing!!!). Should I keep inviting her places?

weird, i heard just about the same thing in this breathing class i took. i think the exact words were "dont see intentions in other people’s actions".
i like that phrase, because it makes it easy to forgive some actions, and makes the really messed up things shine clearer when you arent trying to rationalize them.
everyone has a reason for what they do. YOU dont know the reasons, hell, THEY probably dont really know them. it doesnt do anyone any good to try to look at the intention behind it. deal with what you KNOW. dont look at what someone says or what you think they meant, look at the actions!
if you really want to predict future behavior, it doesnt help to think about their intentions or what kind of person they are - the best indicator of future behavior is past behavior.

I find it somewhat amusing when i think about why people do some of the shit they do, but that shit can be stressful when thinking about it so there is no need to bother. Athena you’re so right about the past behavior. It’s pretty easy to predict what someone will do when you recognize their behavior patterns.
