Can’t say I’m down with assholes but I think there’s some good information for newbs in this. And you can’t beat the price. Most of the info in here is aimed towards guys in relationships.
I’m not sure how I feel about the tell her to tell you to stop thing. If a girl is getting horny that is a total state breaker. And you are encouraging her to recall a state when she’s objected in the past. At the first sign of apprehension I say nothing is going to happen that you don’t want to happen. Its vague enough that you don’t have to explicitly talk about sex yet reassuring her that you’ll only move forward at the pace she’s comfortable with. Now unhook the bra and continue ;>

This is definitely some great information. The Kegel exercises are really great for learning control. Also with the breath you can try some tantric methods and those are also really good.
