Was a good overview of basic principles, I liked it a lot.

Feedback: first of all, the formatting is very nice- obviously done by a pro. I published a magazine for awhile and this has a nice clean design to it.
I’d like to see (C-R)+Q+S=A more fully explained. Specifically C-R. I’m not really clear on what comfort minus rapport means.
