I wrote the “guru” back explaining I could not write a positive testimonial… but if he had suggestions on how the product could work better I would be willing to give it another shot. I never heard from him again.

The fact is… there are plenty of people out there who prey on the confused and desperate. These peopleFitness Poster offer rapid weight loss plans, instant millionaire business opportunities, and self confidence in a box.

But you are not going to lose weight over night, make a millionaire dollars in your sleep, or wake up suddenly self confident.

Any change in life come with determination, persistence, and the ability to create new habits that reinforce the goal you’ve set out to achieve.

This is especially true of developing rock solid inner game and self confidence. Everyone seems to want the fast track through NLP, self hypnosis, brain modulators, or whatever the latest greatest trick happens to be.

But as Mike and I will talk about during our Retreat Weekend, inner game is a process that develops over For Barry C..time. It is built upon having a clear desired outcome, creating the habits needed to achieve that outcome, and having the will and determination to get back on your feet after a temporary setback.

No other person has the power to make you a self confident person. Only you possess the ability to make changes in yourself. A good teacher can show you the path to getting there. He can coach you and help track your success. But if a “guru” ever tells you he is going to transform you… put your money back in your pocket and walk away.

Remember, inner game and self confidence is a process… not a destination.

Yeah, i was listening to a podcast from I think Hypnotica is his name, and it was supposed to make you more confident, alpha, etc. But it was just like all the other visualization fast track crap and it did nothing for me.

I’ve always thought hypnosis was a bunch of bullshit. I have friends who say it is legit though.

I think you hit the nail on the head that it is going to take hard work and internal reprogramming to get your inner game on track. You have to be proactive and it is going to involve hard work and pain. There is no easy and quick solution.

But like they say… no pain, no gain.

How DARE you slander the propagation of quick weight loss products!

How else do you think I can give back so much?

I gotta take advantage of certain people (that I don’t know)… so I can give back to people (that I do know)…

Kinda like a mafiso “Robin Hood”

    Of course, I’m kidding… lol

Internal reprogramming is definitely something that takes time, but it also takes ACTION. The biggest thing you can do is to step out of your own skin and take risks. From that you’ll begin to reprogram your thoughts and patterns.

It’s taken me a year to transform my inner game to where it is now. I have balls bigger than Uranus. I’ve literally walked up to women and asked them to come home with me (Apocolypse Opener).

It takes a lot of self-reflection and mental discipline as well as positive thinking. Having people to help you along the journey will boost your confidence as well.

This is one of the best posts I have read regarding the Inner Game. This is a transformative process that takes time to manifest. There will be plateaus and set backs along the way. Many will start this journey, but very few will complete it.

This is my third year in the Seduction community, and I have to look at myself from when I begun this journey to be able to comprehend the changes within me that have taken place since then. I feel like a different person, but man, it took months and months of being very persistent to begin to notice any changes. It also took me stepping way outside my comfort zone to begin to finally enjoy the benefits.

Patience and Persistence are the two key secrets! This journey is definitely worth taking! The rewards are beyond belief!

I can say that there is some NLP that is useful. I read an Teach Yourself NLP and it was useful for a silly phobia I had and a bad habit. Anchoring is useful but not foolproof. Learn the swish pattern (I used it to stop biting my nails and it worked, admittedly because I told myself it would), the phobia cure, and circle of excellence (although a bit cheesey). I’m also agree with what you guys talked about at the beginning of 31 days with respect to writing goals and spending time visualizing them. Its tough to do this consistently because naturally one is tired when waking up and tired when about to go to bed. Plus I wrote a lot of stuff so it takes at least half an hour to do.

I’ve read two books recommended by several “gurus” that have really helped my inner game:

Way of the SUperior Man by David Deida
Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance

also I’m almost done with Eckart Tolle’s The Power of Now <<< AWESOME
