First off, I never realized reconstructive surgery for a woman’s private parts was such a big thing, but after thoroughly reading the article I can understand how this has all evolved. With all the breast augmentation, bot-ox and face-lifts, why not branch out a little. Right… Although I don’t agree, I can see how women may want to encounter a procedure like this after reading this quote:

Dr Leonore Tiefer sees a direct link between the growing popularity of Brazilian waxing and the trend towards cosmetic surgery of the genitals. “Once the message is communicated that your genitals are unacceptable, and you better work on them, it’s very hard to feel that you’ve done enough work,” she said.

We live in crazy times, although is this much different from a penis enlargement which has been around for quite some time?
