Fantasy Football Roster Repair

Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders (Clearly The ONLY Thing Going for This Team Right Now...)The Giants rolled over the ravens while the Titans and Kerry Collins dominated the second half of the game vs. Jacksonville to stay unbeaten. The Cowboys stay alive with a win while the Redskins looked flat.

A few peculiar things happened this week. The Steelers- Charger game came down to the wire…with a Steelers win. The interesting part was the TD scored by the Pittsburgh DST at the end of a game was taken away…As painful as that was for fantasy players  (Including me) I heard that over 100 million was bet on that game on a local radio show. While I can’t substantiate that, I was amazed at the impact that one bad play call could have.

On the subject of mediocrity, the Eagles and Bengals tied this week….

I felt as if I was watching the 1990 Giants-Bills Superbowl as I watched the end of the Monday night game. Brady Quinn looks like a starter next year and I kept thinking of Scott Norwood as I watched the last potential game winning field goal miss!

We’re starting to enter the time of year where weather is becoming a factor and something you should be monitoring. Also make sure to see your kicker’s upcoming schedule (especially during the playoffs) as every point starts to count.

We’ve been extremely active with our waiver wire strategies as of late however this week we don’t see any upgrades out there.

Please feel free to email me with any custom questions you have with your team.

I hope that many of you will take advantage of this service and start by purchasing my cheat sheets next season.

Good luck and see you next week.

Phil
