The coolest T-shirts I’ve ever bought have come from the salvation army.  There is just something genuine about buying a vintage t-shirt that is actually vintage.

Most stores like Gap, Old Navy, and various online retailers sell shirts designed to look vintage. But you can easily tell that the design was manufactured recently.

On the other hand, I came across this T-shirt company that actually reproduces actually vintage shirts as worn by famous rock stars.  Pretty cool!

How many times have you seen a picture of someone like Joey Ramone and been like “where the hell does he get those shirts?”  Now you can actually buy shirt designs worn by John Lennon, Kurt Cobain, The Ramones, Billy Idol and more.  If you look through their site you’ll see that they provide t-shirts for many tv shows and movies.
