		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m a big fan of using KB&#039;s for working out, but they&#039;re hella expensive to own. Also try just leaving a pair of midweight dumbbells. With these, you can work virtually any body part: dead lifts, push-press, chest press, bentover rows, lunges, curls, etc etc. 

I also drive with a workout mat...perfect for tossing on the ground to blast through a set of abs.]]></description>
