The iPhone, as everyone knows, can do just about everything. Whether you need it to remind you about what books to read, locate that restaurant you heard so much about, or check your latest sports teams, all of that knowledge is at your fingertips. But one of the underrated features of the best new thing to come out this millennium is the amazing amount of apps that are available to help you work out. Here’s a quick list of some of our favorites to get you started:

- 100 Push-Ups, 200 Sit-Ups, 200 Squats. This very basic program keeps you on pace to perform these very basic exercises, making sure that you utilize good form when performing them.

- Yoga Stretch. This takes you through an entire yoga workout, so you can perform one without having to pay the big bucks for an actual yoga trainer.

- Navy SEAL Fitness. We all know Navy SEALs are badasses. Now go ahead and work out like one.

- Couch to 5K. This app stick you on a training regiment of about 30 minutes a day that will get you from nothing to running a 5K in about 9 weeks.

That should be enough to get you started. Feel free to go ahead and mention any of your own favorites in the comments below.
