The folks over at AskMen.com have put together some amazing recipes for sandwich making that will help you remember such important things as when to set your fantasy baseball lineup, your girlfriend’s favorite perfume, or when and where your job interview is. They are a combination of health-centric choices and huge flavor explosions that really need to be checked out. Here’s our favorite:

Turkey With Cranberry Slaw

Why: Cranberries are an essential addition to any turkey meal. They are packed with antioxidants, which slow down free-radical damage in the brain. Tests have shown that they also improve memory, balance and coordination.

Ingredients
??? ?1 cup shredded turkey
??? ?? cup shredded red or white cabbage
??? ?? cup shredded carrot
??? ?A few pecans, finely chopped
??? ?1 tbs finely chopped cilantro
??? ?2 tbs buttermilk
??? ?2 tbs mayo
??? ?2 tbs dried cranberries

Method
Mix together all the ingredients except the turkey. Put the turkey on the bread, then spoon the slaw onto your bread and top with spinach and arugula.

Fuck yeah, turkey with cranberry slaw. You’re telling me something this delicious also makes your memory insanely good? Count me the fuck in! Food! Let’s all go eat!
