What’s the deal with Jerry Seinfeld these days? Well, it looks like he’s back to starring in a show about nothing.

What's the deal with the Internet?

The “Seinfeld” star recently debuted a teaser trailer for the upcoming web-exclusive show ”Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.”Watch the teaser and you’ll see the show’s title pretty much sums up things up. We see Jerry driving around in vintage cars with fellow comedians, including Ricky Gervais, “Seinfeld” alumni Michael Richards, Alec Baldwin, Colin Quinn, and “Seinfeld” co-creator Larry David. Presumably, they get coffee at some point.

Other than what’s seen in the trailer, little is known about the content of this show. It looks to be a more laid-back approach to the oddball “Seinfeld” brand of comedy, much like Larry David’s hit HBO show “Curb Your Enthusiasm.” What is known is that the show will debut on Crackle.com on July 19.

“Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” is Seinfeld’s first real foray into a comedy series since “Seinfeld” went off the air in May 1998. The comedian subsequently went back to his roots after “Seinfeld, “spending most of his time doing stand-up (and buying tons of sweet cars.) Let’s just hope all that time off hasn’t had a damaging effect on his sense of humor.

Will you watch it? Does it look at all interesting? The real question is, however, will they be stopping for coffee at Monk’s Café?
