I’m with you on this one- if a woman said she’s not interested, then she doesn’t want you to call. If anything it would be rude to keep trying to contact her!
The only time when it would be rude to ignore her forever is if she was already a friend of yours- that would just be being a bad friend.

I totally accept that woman isn’t interested, even more so when she’s adult enough to tell me instead of ignoring my calls. My friend’s issue is she doesn’t like the fact that I NEVER speak to a woman again when she isn’t interested. She feels that’s its mean. I viewpoint is that I’m only interested in those that are interested in me. Speaking to individuals who aent interested is a waste of my energy!
