As we have stated in the past: We are not fans of the gym. Now, don’t get us wrong. Working out is good and necessary and really one of the best things to do to maintain a healthy body. But just heading over to the gym, walking through that sweat odor, fighting for a spot on the one worthwhile machine they have, and using their probably plenty-stained towels to dry yourself off with — not to mention showering with the other dudes there — and the gym is not one of the most appealing places we can think to work out. Instead, we consider the world our gym. Anything we want to do there, we can do it out here ourselves. AND for free!

29. Grocery Shop with a Cart
Believe it or not, grocery shopping is good exercise ? even if you use a cart. As you cruise around the store, lifting and pushing movements work your shoulders and core. Thirty minutes of grabbing food and you?ll be hungry for a snack.

25. Clean Your Apartment
Next time your lady asks for help cleaning, grab a rag and get dusting. A general apartment cleaning (think: windows, mirrors, kitchen, floors, bathrooms) burns calories at an alarmingly high rate. Plus, she’ll be so thrilled you can probably convince her to have post-cleaning wind-down sex.
