Must-Read: A New Must-Own Weight Training App
We’ve said this before, and we’ll surely say it again, but smart phones are really the most important things in our life. Because, see, they aren’t really phones anymore. They are cameras, and video recorders, and microphones, and games, and apps to help keep our bank accounts in order, and ways to check on when we’re getting paid, and methods to work, and our secretaries, and our best friends, and a way to distinguish just what phone calls we should be accepting and which ones we should not. They are truly our everything. But that’s only if we know how to use them right by downloading the right apps. And one of the best ways that we can use smart phones in our favor is by downloading the best in weight training apps.
So today we’re heading on over to AskMen.com where they have an interview with one of the creators of the new weight training app called PUSH that you really need to take a look at it if you want to maximize your ability to work out. The main focus of the interview is, obviously, why PUSH is better than the other ones out there on the market. And that answer is:
What makes PUSH different than other fitness monitors on the market?
Matt Kuzdub: We have a specialization in one activity, which is weight training. Our main focus is what you’re doing in the weight room. We’re not really looking at daily activities like Nike FuelBand does. We’re not a pedometer. We’re using real metrics that have been used with athletes and research centers for years, and we’re trying to make it accessible to everyone.
Head on over to check out the rest of the interview, and then figure out if PUSH is right for you or not.
Do girls leave you confused as to whether or not they like you?
Let's face it. Girl's don't make it easy for you. She will often send mixed signals leaving you unable to tell if she is being friendly or flirty. If you read her signals wrong you risk rejection and embarrassment. Or worse, you blow it with a girl who wanted to kiss you.
Here is a simple and innocent move that will instantly tell you if you're in the friend zone, or if she's waiting for you to kiss her.
