Looking Hot While You Jog

You never know who you?re going to run into while you?re getting some exercise and fresh air. Jogging tracks are an excuse to show off your body and meet some hotties. Even if you?re not fit yet, you can at least get some jogging clothes that make you look good. The local running track is not a fashion show. Make sure you?re wearing clothing that you can move in. Dress shoes may be gorgeous, but you?ll have a hard time jogging in them. You need to dress appropriately for exercise. Having said that, you can steer your exercise clothing choices to more attractive items, rather than just wearing old tee shirts.

You don?t need serious exercise clothing

Unless you are a serious jogging enthusiast, there is no point having super-extra-compression Dri-Fit high-tech streamlined elite athlete clothing. For the semi-regular or occasional jogger, keep it simple. A cotton tee shirt, a pair of breathable shorts and a decent pair of runners are all you need. You can still look hot in your exercise gear. Choose a lightweight tee shirt that?s in fair condition- an old moth-eaten tee, that isn?t good enough to wear anymore, is not going to do you any favors. Your top should be tight enough to be flattering, but it is still essential to have quite a bit of room for you to move. As a rule of thumb, if your tee shirt is so tight that your nipples are visible, you shouldn?t wear it. I recommend getting a tee shirt in a bright color, to reflect your sense of style, and because it?s a little more interesting than the go-to white tee shirts that many joggers wear. Combine it with a pair of black shorts. They should be reasonably short, mid-thigh to just above knee length, to show off your legs. Finish with a flash pair of runners. Again, bright colors are the most interesting choice. Runners are inherently ugly, but you can still pick an eye catching pair. Wear ankle socks- tall socks with shorts looks daggy. Avoid wearing your regular casual clothing while jogging. Even if you find you have lots of flexibility in your jeans, it?s just not a good look. Shirts with buttons also look a little strange for exercise clothing. This is your chance to wear all the comfortable, loose fitting clothing that is too sloppy to wear casually.

This is the one time you can wear tights

Compression leggings show that you?re serious about being fit, and show off your legs to boot. While compression leggings are certainly not compulsory jogging attire, they do help. Also, if you?re jogging to lose weight and don?t feel comfortable wearing shorts yet, compression leggings will make it difficult for others to tell if your legs are fat or muscly.

Don?t be the exhibitionist

Some men love to jog topless. Unfortunately, it is always the saggy ones that have a penchant for taking their shirt off. Partial clothed running is especially unattractive because all your jiggly bits will be bouncing around. Rest assured that you can still look hot while wearing a top. Don?t be that guy that makes every other jogger cringe.
