Everything that you put into your body, from the quality of air to the type of shampoo seeping through your scalp to, obviously, the foods you eat, affect how your internal goings-on go. So it’s not surprising that beyond things like overall health, the state of your heart, the ability of your lungs, the types of food you eat also affect the area we’re most concerned about here: your balls.
That’s right, depending on the type of food you eat, it actually can affect the amount of testosterone you have in your system, which in turn will affect the amount of sex you have, and most likely the quality of it. Snack on two handfuls of almonds or walnuts a day. They’re packed with amino acids like arginine, which improves blood flow throughout your body—including down there, where better bloodflow means a stronger erection. Plus, studies have found that guys with diets high in monounsaturated fats—the kind in avocados, olive oils, and nuts—have higher testosterone levels than those who skimp on the healthy fats.
