Are you a vegetarian or vegan? Turn the fuck around out of this post. Are you one of those weirdos who only eat red meat as a way to, oh-who-knows, be a contrarian or just participate in the slowest suicide ever? Take a hike. This post is for those guys out there who want to keep themselves fit and with-in, but also want to actually, you know, taste their meals by eating actual real meat.
You see, as the weather warms up, there is nothing better than firing up that grill out and performing your manly duty of cooking with one hand while holding a cold brew in the other. And one of the meats that, for whatever reason, tends to get the short end of the tong when discussing items to grill: Chicken. Make your own Mediterranean spice mix:

2 Tsp cinnamon
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. For every 1 lb. Boneless or 2 lb. meat with bone, add 2 tablespoons of the Mediterranean mixture. Makes 1/3 cup. Let it store for 24 hours—or at least 10 minutes for quicker serving.
