Must-Read: Healthiest Foods for Guys
Heading to the grocery store, especially if you’re on a diet or trying to eat healthy, can be a terribly unexciting proposition. Which is all to say: Whew. It sucks when you’re actually trying to be healthy. Luckily, as this is the Internet, some folks have already done a lot of our work for us when it comes to knowing what is healthy for us men and what is not. So we’re heading over at Men’s Health where they go through a list of the 125 best foods for men.
