Must-Read: Foods In Every Diet
Dieting is simultaneously one of the hardest and easiest things to do. You all have a pretty good understanding of what it good for you and what’s bad for you. (Spoiler: All of the stuff that tastes great isn’t so good for you, and vice versa.) It’s just about staying on that regiment that is the tough part. But that’s where being well-informed comes in. And so today we are making a trip to Men’s Fitness where they have a list of 9 foods that simply need to be in every diet. For example, the most important one they have listed is right up top, which is one of our own favorite foods:
This power-packed snack is a great source of both casein and whey protein. For newcomers to the world of fitness, whey protein is not only a staple protein source for bodybuilders, but it’s also a key player in building muscle and burning fat. Casein on the other hand is a slower digesting protein protein, which makes cottage cheese the optimal bedtime choice to help keep your body in an anabolic stage overnight.
If you are not eating cottage cheese, you are not doing your body the service it needs. Cottage cheese is super easy-to-make (all you need to do is open the goddamn carton) and kind of goes along with everything, whether it’s a sandwich or a steak or a salad or really anything at all. So, the whole point of this, really, is to urge you to get on out to the grocery store and buy yourself a few cartons of cottage cheese. And then, hey, while you’re at it, might as well check out the rest of the list so your body will be in tip-top shape in no time.
Do girls leave you confused as to whether or not they like you?
Let's face it. Girl's don't make it easy for you. She will often send mixed signals leaving you unable to tell if she is being friendly or flirty. If you read her signals wrong you risk rejection and embarrassment. Or worse, you blow it with a girl who wanted to kiss you.
Here is a simple and innocent move that will instantly tell you if you're in the friend zone, or if she's waiting for you to kiss her.
