No matter what we’re doing, whether it’s heading out to the bar, or over at work, or trying to help further our careers, there’s always something, SOMETHING in our heads of ours that just is nagging at us. Maybe it’s a task that we’re putting off, maybe it’s something about the house that needs fixing, or taxes that need to be finally filled out. There’s a whole lot of things that it could possibly be. But the only way to actually do that is to get off your ass and to do it.
And so today we’re heading on over to Men’s Health where they have a whole bunch of information on tasks that you really need to get to now, or else you’re going to destroy your life. For example, here’s one of the biggest ones out there that you need to watch out for:
1. Nighttime Teeth Grinding
You protect your pearly whites by brushing and flossing, but you might not even realize the other dangers related to your mouth. If you constantly have a dull headache or a sore jaw, it could be a sign you grind your teeth at night, says Steven A. Ghareeb, D.D.S., F.A.G.D., spokesperson for the Academy of General Dentistry. “Grinding can affect the whole mouth, and if untreated, could require you to get all your teeth crowned.” It can also be an early sign of Temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJ), which can lead to serious jaw issues. The good news: The most common fix is wearing a night guard, which your dentist can easily fit you with at your appointment—but first you have to actually go.
