Time is money is the old adage. When you find yourself doing too many things at once it’s normal to get stressed out then your work suffers. There are simple ways to squeeze more productivity out of your day from setting goals to seeing how much time you actually spend on the internet.

So much for 9 to 5. The average full-time salaried employee is now putting in nearly 10 hours a day, according to a recent Gallup poll (up slightly from a weekly average of 47 hours in 2007).Even grimmer: 25% say they’re regularly working a 60-hour week.
I have 40 hours of training this week on top of my regular job. In order to maximize the most out of my breaks my phone is off all day until 6pm when all my work has been complete. This hack along with the three others in the article is a good way to stay on track and focus.
