Cheat Codes To Boost Your Confidence

Attraction hinges on your self-confidence.

Which probably comes as no surprise to anyone who has spent some time on the site.

You know that being confident makes you more seem more relaxed, more natural, removes your fear of loss, makes you look more put together and overall more like an alpha male- the kind of man that women want to be with.

But trying to put yourself in that state of mind all the time be can difficult. You?re not a robot and so it?s only natural that sometimes, you?re just not going to be feeling up to your full potential.

But how can you minimize that? Are there things you can do in your everyday life that will just naturally make you more confident?

Answer: yes.

1. Exercise.

Physical activity releases endorphins, which are basically the feel-good chemical in your brain. The more you do it, the better you feel.

But more over, working out gives you a sense of accomplishment, which is usually the primary ingredient missing when you don?t feel very confident.

Think of accomplishment as the fuel for confidence.

Oh and you?ll look better physically too. That never hurts your chances.

2. Improve your diet.

Fatty foods in general make you feel sluggish and without energy. Healthier foods, vitamins and better balanced meals will give you natural energy.

Again, the more you maintain your good diet, the more constant your state of feeling good becomes.

It also helps with the exercise in additional to clearing up your skin and helping to remove body fat.

3. Treat yourself.

This one is easily the most fun.

Every now again, if you can afford it, treat yourself to a big-ticket item.

Maybe it?s a new electronic device, or that tattoo you?ve been thinking about getting forever, or even the car you?ve always wanted (again, if you can afford it).

The point is, don?t always deny yourself things. Reward yourself and spend some disposable cash.

Sure it’s only material stuff, but that’s not the point. It’s about doing something just for you.

It?ll give you a huge adrenaline rush in the short term and a feeling of accomplishment for?the long term.

4. Dress and groom well.

A positive self image is a huge boost to your confidence.

Just by knowing you look your best everyday, you?ll naturally feel better about yourself.

You don?t have to wear a suit everyday if the occasion doesn?t call for it, but look your best.

Present the best version of you, and you?ll feel that way.

5. Get out of your own head.

This one is the most difficult and frankly, the one you probably won?t ever be able to eliminate completely.

However, it?s also the most important for you to attack.

You need to dismiss self-deprecating thoughts, stop comparing yourself to others so frequently and violently, and stop always assuming the worst.

I would never go so far as to pitch you on some sort of mindset where all you do is think positive thoughts about yourself.

Besides the fact that it would be literal insanity, you need a little self doubt. It?s healthy.

However, you do need to recognize that there are many attractive and extremely positive qualities about you, that people probably see you as above them as often as you do them, and that the worst-case scenario is usually also the least likely.

Focus on your accomplishments. Both celebrating them and working towards new ones.

Being stagnant and a feeling a lack of accomplishment are what erode your confidence.

Confidence really is what you make it. You can live the best life you can, look the best you possibly can, but if you don?t accept the positivity, it will never be true for you.
