  • More likely to seek oral sex and/or anal sex (especially at a younger age)
  • Interrupted sleep patterns and fatigue
  • Lower levels of physical and emotional intimacy in the user’s real-life romantic relationships
  • 4. Regular porn usage has been linked to erectile dysfunction

    And quitting porn can be likened to quitting cigarettes. It’s hard for some people to give it up cold turkey, so a gradually reduced regime of porn watching might be more suitable.
