1 Year Till We Can Watch Where the Wild Things Are

I don’t know about you guys, but Where the Wild Things Are was one of my favorite picture books when I was younger. The book tells the story of Max, who one evening plays around his home, “making mischief” in a wolf costume when he gets sent to his room with no dinner. Long story short Max ends up in some world where there are fearsome-looking monsters, which he soon conquers and he is made the King of all Wild Things. Anyways I just learned today that Spike Jones is making a movie version of the book.? So mark on your calendars that October 16th 2009 this movie will be gracing the silver screen.
