We are reaching that time of the year where family gatherings and work parties begin to take over our lives with the festive season beckoning on the horizon. It?s easy, therefore, to get distracted from diet and exercise plans due to the added stress and increased travel this time of the month can bring.
The natural human instinct is to coast towards the finish line ?and the majority of us get caught into doing this.
