Body Weight Quad Set Workout
Directions:
Perform the entire exercise routine as a circuit, taking no rest between exercises OR between sets. For your first set you will do 10 reps of the following exercises. The next set you will do 9 reps of the following exercises. Every time you re start the set you will drop the number of reps you do by 1 until you run through the entire set doing only 1 rep of each. Remember, no rest for this entire workout, not between exercises OR sets.
1.chin ups
2. jump squats
3. push ups
4. extension crunches
