Ten Round Tenacious Tank Top Weather Arm Toner
Complete 10 reps of the following exercises, moving from one exercise to the next with NO breaks. After each exercise is complete TAKING NO REST (do not even put the weights down) re start from the beginning and do another round of 10 reps for each exercise. Do this for a total of 10 rounds.
1. 10 flys
2. 10 shoulder presses
3. 10 curls
4. 10 kickbacks
