How to Give Your Girl a Massage (That She Will Actually Enjoy)
Everyone loves a massage, so if you’re considering getting your girl one for a special occasion or just to show her that you care you’re on the right track. And giving her the massage with your own two hands can be a really sweet, intimate, and sexy experience…if you’re doing it right. Here are some things to keep in mind.
There are many different kinds of massage techniques, but when you’re going for a relaxing experience you most likely want to stick with the Swedish massage which is more gentle, long strokes and something that she can zone out to. If you don’t have a massage table, choose a surface for her to lay on that’s strong enough to support her and somewhere she will be comfortable. Futons and mattresses usually work if you can maneuver around her.
For the best massage your girl will need to strip down but have towels to cover her bits. Even if you’re taking this massage the super sensual route it’s good to have the towels. Make it a habit to cover her skin with a towel after you are done massaging a certain area, as this helps to keep the heat in that was generated during the massage. Keeping her at a comfortable temperature is important.
For a massage to be relaxing she should feel like she’s in a calm environment free of electronics and other people. Draw the blinds, and put on some sort of background music that she will find relaxing like calm instrumental music or some sort of nature sound. Get some massage oil if you don’t have any, which will make the massage go smoothly and also leave her skin nicely scented.
Obviously the pros go through tons of instruction to learn how to effectively give massages, but even without that there are some simple ways to make it seem like you know what you’re doing. Always use your entire hand from fingers to palms with even pressure to make the stroke the most comfortable. (No jabbing with the tips of your fingers, in other words.) Start with lighter strokes to warm up the muscles before heading into deeper stoke territory.
Try to focus on the larger muscles groups instead of going after each small muscle. Since you don’t know everything about the process it’s better to stick with the larger muscle groups to avoid causing any discomfort during the massage. Start with the shoulder area, then move on to the neck, and then work your way down the body. Don’t forget places like the hands.
In addition to hitting all the right spots you also want to avoid certain things. Do not for example, ever push down directly on her spine. It’s just plain dangerous and not work messing with. Try not to scratch or pinch her even when you’re using gentle raking and kneading techniques. As much as you can try to let your hands leave her body and leave your oil within reach so that you can grab it with one hand. Hopefully she’ll love the job and come up with a fun way to repay you.
