Last week I mentioned 7 highly effective habits from successful entrepreneurs.? Those habits can be done anytime from nature walks to cold showers.? Nighttime routines will help you focus and operate at 100% the next day.

Here are 5 nightly habits from successful people that you can put in routine today.

Ben Franklin was famous for his rigorous routines and schedules. He ended each carefully mapped day by asking?one single question, ?What good did I do today?? The sentiment is right, but as an entrepreneur take a slightly more structured approach to examining your day. Take time to review your schedule, projects?and insights.

Ask yourself three questions: What progress did I make toward my vision and goals today? What am I grateful for today, specifically? Finally, what improvements can I make with what I learned?

Optimizing your nightly routines is a great way to see what you accomplished during the day and get ready for high productivity tomorrow.? Right before bed I write in my journal about the three questions listed in the quote above.? It has been scientifically proven that if you write down what you are grateful at the end of every day you will be happier than the person who doesn’t do this.? Better moods lead to better relationships.

Start with one or two of the 5 nightly habits of successful people to change your life today.
