This is a beginners book. It is the perfect beginners book, actually. It is more of an attitude adjuster than anything else. This book is for the guy that has always been the friend, It is the book for the guy who still believes that writing a girl a poem will get him laid. David preaches an attitude that I use very often in the field. The attitude is called cocky/funny. He does a great job and making you understand why and how this works. He sets you up with examples that you can use right away. My favorite section of this book was the section on dating. Up until I read this book, I very rarely did more than kiss a girl on a first date. I can say this book had a lot to do with me changing that and learning how to have sex on a first date a hell of a lot more often.
