I hope everyone is enjoying their Christmas. This is a special time of year, we often look back at what transpired through the year gone by, and look forward to what the next year promises to bring. With that, come the things we want to change, to improve, or to remove from our lives so that we can have a better year than that which passed. So, what big changes do you foresee this coming 2015?

If you’re anything like me, you can probably rattle off a couple of pages of desired changes. But, something that I feel is more appropriate today than ever before, is our posture and mobility. We sit at computers and look down at our phones, we place stress and weight on our bodies in ways they weren’t designed to tolerate. And we suffer for it, especially in the long run. Let’s take a look at the best mobility articles of this year so that, with a little motivation, we can use it to improve upon our lives in 2015 and beyond.
