Sometimes, we need a guide of what not to do.

Trying to remember lines, techniques and theory can be difficult, even feel like outright work.

More easily, however, can be remembering what not to do, and instead, forming healthy habits that will improve your attraction factor overall.

So let?s shift that mindset a little bit today and instead of talking about all the things that women find attractive, let?s highlight the things you need to change immediately that are sending her running in the other direction.

Physically.

The most important thing when it comes to your physical appearance is to look (and indeed be) hygienic.

Human beings are hard-wired to want to have sex with the most hygienic candidate possible.

It?s a primal thing. A hygienic mate suggests healthy offspring, thus keeping the species going.

Get your exercise in and don?t skip out a fresh haircut, or any standard upkeep.

Oh and lose your neck beard. Women almost universally despise it.

Same goes with (obviously) bad breath, so make sure your oral hygiene is tip-top.

But get this. A recent survey from Men’s Health said that 46 percent of 400 Women’s Health readers would rather talk to a guy with bad breath than visible nose hair.

Time to bust out the clippers.

Emotionally.

Neediness is death, and that core concept can?t ever be driven home quite enough.

Seeking validation, opening up way too early on in a relationship, relying on a girl for happiness, or just generally unloading your problems on somebody is the antithesis of attraction.

Women are looking for someone who is stable, solid, confident. Not an emotional vampire.

You also can?t be a pushover. For example, women approaching you and asking you to buy them a drink and you immediately agreeing, instead of challenging or teasing her, will make you come across as unconfident.

The same can be said when you constantly agree with a girl, or change your opinion just to try and make her like you.

Talking about your ex is also a no-go area, especially if all you’ve got is negative things to say. Generally this sets off alarm bells for a girl because she?ll be thinking about the opposite side of the story.

Remember, every time you try to put others beneath you, you?ll look insecure.

If you’re ever asked about your ex, a neutral-positive response, something like, ?She?s nice, but it just didn?t work out, we?re different people? is fine. But by no means linger on it or say more than you really need to.
